This makes the spirit very angry and after a lot of fusing the spirit grabs her by the arm and gets stuck to the honey. In a very short time the spirit manages to get himself comf pletely entangled with the doll. %
The spider covers the sticky mess in a web so that he won’t get caught and takes it to Nyami who also gets stuck while saying “How, how, how. What 1 have touched I have touched and what I have not still remains.”
The spider returns to Earth along with the box of stories. When he opens the box, however, the stories fly out and scatter over the Earth. ^
Other stories were about things like Pecos Billa and a South American version of “The Tortoise and the Hare” called “The Tortoise and the Monkey”. There were also stories about the killing of the whooping crane and what is being done to reverse that.
