The object of this suit is to effect partition amongst the owners by sale or otherwise, of tracts of land of which Mary J. Reager, Ora M. Reager, C.C. Reager (a/k/a/ Charles C. Reager), Henry Wilhoit Reager and Charles Thomas Reager died seized and possessed, located in Wakefield magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, and containing 1.02 acres and 1.90 acres, respectively, more or less, as is more fully recited in said Bill of Complaint.
An Affidavit having been made and filed and the Bill of Complaint having stated that the said Lucy Mae Hale is a non-resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and that there are or may be persons interested in the subject matter of this suit whose whereabouts cannot be determined or whose names and/or addresses are unknown, which Bill of Complaint has made said persons parties defendant by the general description PARTIES UNKNOWN, and that
