Survivors include one son, John Lee May of Rappahannock; three brothers, Francis Embrey of Amissville, Walter Embrey of Fredericksburg and William Embrey of Buckingham, W.Va. and one sister, Myrtle Sheads of Rixeyville.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, July 18 at Jeffersonton Baptist Church with Rev. Marshall Braylo officiating.
Interment was at the church cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Little Fork Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad, JefFersonton, Va.
