1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
1 tablespoon basil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon pepper
1 (8 ounce carton) Manicotti Shells, cooked, drained, and cooled on wax paper
3 cups (or one 30 ounce container) spaghetti sauce
Mix together ricotta cheese, 3/2 cup Parmesan cheese, egg and pgg white. Stir in remaining ingredients except manicotti and tomato sauce. Spoon cheese mixture into the manicotti shells and lay in a lightly greased 9x13-inch pan. Cover with spaghetti sauce and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees F. Remove cover and bake an additional 15 minutes, until cheese is golden brown.
