You state that “...Mr. Lee is the one who knows about the workings of the county school system.” It would be strange if he didn’t having been appointed and having served for a number of years. ,
As to the suggestion that “Mrs. Whetzel could make a significant contribution to the school system if she is interested in volunteering...” ignores the fact that for more than 10 years I have been a volunteer. 1 work with adults who didn’t learn to read under the system used by the public school‘d
I am not sure what you mean by “a significant contribution.” As you know, volunteers have no decisionmaking authority. Only as a member of the Rappahannock County School Board could I make a significant contribution.
