Sue Scheer has long been involved in local county issues, serving on the Fauquier County Planning Commission and bringing vast experience in difficult decisions about growth, development and the preservation of our county. She understands the importance of protecting our environment and avoiding short-term growth, which would overwhelm and destroy in the long term the classic beauty and resources of this county.
A strong supporter of public education, she believes that every child should be afforded a high quality education in the public schools, and will support education as a top budget priority in Virginia.
