local shops. They do sell some furniture in the shop; some is refinished and some is sold “as is.” Most of the items have been purchased at auctions, said Mrs. Corboy. One of the cabins will be selling entirely used furniture.

Antiques in the main shop include linens, glassware (some carnival glass), dishes, other kitchen items and some pressed flower pictures. The country store section sells honey, cider, jams and jellies.

One room houses a selection of oriental-style rugs very reasonably priced: $15 for a 2’x4’; $39 for a 4’x6’, and $69 for a 6’x8’. Several of the rugs are hung outside on display on sunny days.
