George D, Coldsmith, 25, of Chambersburg, Pa., pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and cocaine. Because Mr. Coldsmith has first offender status, the charges will be dismissed after a year if he has no criminal convictions, has no other pending criminal matters and has remained drug free. He shall be supervised by the Fauquier County Adult Court Services and submit to its standard drug testing program once a month. Judge W.
