The two people arrested at the melee at the 211 Quicke Mart on July 26 were Barbara Jean Sisk, 42, and Oscar Ray Sisk, 36, both of Sperryville.

Both were charged with being drunk in public. Mrs. Sisk was also charged with obstruction of justice, and her husband was charged with . damage to private property.

According to Deputy Connie Compton, Mr. Sisk was charged with breaking a windshield on a vehicle belonging to Gerald Ausberry, an innocent bystander at the Quicke Mart. Mr. Sisk is also charged with
