Our Winchester office located on Valley Pike will no longer be open to walk-in customers after July 12, 1996. While the office will be closed for customer transactions, construction crews, linemen, meter readers and other key personnel will still be located there. If you want to apply for service, report an outage, pick up a meter socket (West Virginia customers only) or get answers to other questions, call the number listed on your electric bill or consult the white pages of your local telephone directory.
