5 cups fresh Silver Queen com 1 cup finely diced onion 1 cup finely diced celery 1 cup diced rep bell pepper 1 cup cider vinegar 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup honey 2 t: coarse black pepper 2 t. salt ■ 2 t. flour 1 t. celery seed 1 T. dry mustard 1 t. cloves 2 T. chopped parsley 1/4 cup diced scallions 2 t. turmeric Pinch of cinnamon Mix all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil. Cook, partially covered, for approximately 20 minutes. Chill thoroughly.
