Memorial Service Memorial services for Barney V. Richey Jr. will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 9 at The Town Hall in Washington. Mr. Richey, Jr. died on Sunday, Aug. 4 at his residence in Amissville.
C.E. Peters Lt. Col. Clarence Edwin Peters 84, of Rixeyville, died or Wednesday, July 31 at Culpepei Health Care Center. He was bom on Oct. 30, 1911. He was a retired Lt. Col. witf U.S. Air Force and a member ol Jeffersonton United Methodisi Church. His parents were the late John Monroe and Nora Bison Peters.
