Following an executive session the supervisors voted to spend $2.37 per square foot to purchase land behind the county-owned building used by Ki Theatre. The land is owned by doctors Jerry Martin and Werner Krebser and joins with their property at the Medical Center.
County Administrator John McCarthy said the property had not yet been surveyed but they were estimating about 2,000 square feet or about $5,000.
