PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is tiereby given that the Bpard of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 4, 1996 at 7:00 p.m. in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consder the following applications:

SE # 96-08-01 Dale Waters, Waters Craftmen, Inc. 500 East Main Street, Front Royal, VA contract purchaser of Tax Map 28, Parcel 52E containing twenty-five (25) acres, more or less, desires to obtain a Special Exception to operate a contractor's office shop/ yard with employment of less than 3 persons. Property is located on Rt. 522 & 211 in Hampton Magisterial District, zoned “A" Agricultural. Allowed under Section 170-36, Article (E) of the Rappahanpock County Code.

A COPY of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a m. to 4:30 p.m. Said applications will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, August 21, 1996 at 7:30 p.m. at the Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any.
