The featured dog at the shelter in Amissville this week is a male lab/beagle cross, older dog, black with grey face, found in the Old Hollow area.

The following animals were brought in by Animal Control:

• Male and female beagle cross with red collars, found in Hint Hill

• Male beagles (2), with reflective orange collars, found in Slate Mills

• Female German shepherd, black and tan, found on Route 642.

• Female dobie/hound cross, found on 707 Slate Mills.

Many adult dogs, spayed and neutered are abailable for adoption. They have rabies, distemper and brodatella vaccinations and are heartwork checked. Application and adoption fee required for adoption.
