Three convenient ways
to pay your electric bill.
During our transition to Allegheny Power, we are redesigning the way we deliver service to our customers so we can keep rates low and continue to offer you efficient, reliable electric service. As part of this transition, we are closing our regional offices to walk-in traffic and, in November, opening a new, centralized Customer Service Center to process all customer inquiries, including bill payments, new service applications, credit arrangements and other transactions.
