Clarence Dwayne Jones, 38, of Flint Hill, pleaded guilty last Thursday to four charges of possession of marijuana with intent to sell, distribute or give away.

The charges arose out of four separate sales of marijuana made to the same individual, in the amounts of 7.77 grams and 7.20 grams on August 2, 1995, 14.47 grams on August 4, 1995, and 10.39 grams on August 11,1995.

The plea agreement with the Commonwealth sentences Mr. Jones to six months in jail, suspends that sentence, and places him on supervised probation for two years. He paid a fine in the amount of $3,098.70 plus costs of $901.30 last week.
