Spring Open House Slated

The Southerlands, A Continuing Care Retirement Community, will hold a Spring Open House on Saturday, May 17 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 600 Mount View Street, Front Royal. The Friends of the State Arboretum of Virginia will hold its annual Garden Fair on Mother’s Day weekend. May 10 and 11 from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The State Arboretum is located on U.S. Route 50 in Clarke County nine miles east of Winchester. Attractions include plant sale by the Friends of the State Arboretum, $ver 30 vendors and exhibitors, plant and nature demonstrations, children's activities plus on a-mazing maze, food, entertainment.
