PUBLIC HEARING AMENDMENTS TO THE ZONING CHAPTER and to the EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL CHAPTER OF THE RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY CODE The Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing on the Zoning Chapter amendments on Wednesday, May 21, 1997 at 7:30 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, VA. The Zoning Chapter Amendments create regulations and restrictions on residential construction in Conservation Zonina Districts, including, but not limited to, provisions requiring setbacks from highest elevations, preparation of Erosion and Sediment Control plans, and road/driveway construction standards.
