BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY, VIRGINIA PURSUANT to section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 22,1997 at seven-thirty in the evening in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following applications: SU # 97-04-03 Miller Properties LC of Mt. Vernon Farm, P.O. Box 85678, Richmond, VA, desire to obtain a Special Use Permit to operate a fly-fishing business, to be known as Turkey Mountain Outfitters; located on Mt. Vernon Farm and the Thornton River, north and south forks to bridge at RT 620. Clients by reservation, not to expect more than six (6) cars on property at any time. Clients will enter and exit at ML Vernon Lane, north; to include fly-fishing schools with maximum of 4 students; small sign to reflect same, located at intersection of Rts 522/ 211 with parking in existing lot of former dairy operation of (arm. Tax Map 39, Parcel (s) 90 & 91 at 522 and 211 north in Sperryville, VA, zoned “A" Agricultural, 418.94 & 67.34 acre respectively. Use allowed under Section 170-36 (D) of the Rappahannock County Code. A COPY of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available tor public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Said applications will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, May 21, 1997 at seven-thirty in the evening at the Rappahannock County Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any.
