A Stihl chainsaw, worth approximately $250, was reported missing by Kimberly Kidwell of Sperryville.
About $200 worth of small hand tools were reported missing on May 7 by Harry Smith of Washington. They were taken from a tool shed on his property.
An arrest warrant for simple assault was issued for 26-year-old Sandra Berry. Norma Weakley of Amissville was the complainant.
Warrants were obtained by neighbors on the Fodderstack Road last Thursday. William Bear complained that Lynn Sullivan, 49, of Washington, had taken down “No Trespassing” signs on his property. He obtained curse & abuse and damage to private property warrants on Ms. Sullivan.
