Grand Jury

Indicts Three

The Grand Jury indicted three people for felonies in Rappahannock County Circuit Court on Monday.

Two women were indicted for welfare fraud and false application. Sheila E. Sisk, 62, of Madison County, and Teresa Johnson, 37, address unknown, allegedly received public assistance that they were not entitled to because they did not disclose certain information to the Dept, of Social Services.

Joseph B. Reid, 26, of Culpeper, was indicted for possession of PCP, a Schedule II drug. His case is continued to July 3 for a suppression hearing.
