RCHS. It was begun by Laura Pendleton and had about 30 members to start. Mr. Heddleston became their adviser because it’s a school rule that all clubs and organizations have an adviser.
“There’s no real solid group,” Mr. Heddleston said. “The kids come when they can, sometimes more, sometimes less.” This year 100 students attended the first organizational meeting. Generally about 40 take part in the regular monthly meeting. Lately, they have been meeting one to three times a week to prepare fot; the Relay for Life.
