Those who would like to learn more about herbs, should plan a trip to the National Herb Garden at the National Arboretum. The herb garden includes the knot garden, the historic rose garden, and the specialty gardens, which include subsections covering dyes, culinary, medicinal, industrial, and other herb categories. The garden is partially funded by the American Herb Society.
