A unique and very talented individual, Tex was born in Carlton, Victoria and grew up in St. Vincent De Paul Orphanage.
“I’m still a kid,” he said. “1 grew up in the orphanage with 250 other kids and they were strict there. They taught us music and to have respect for your elders and I think that’s a good code to live by.”
