The Greater Piedmont Area Association of Realtors will hold a zoning and subdivision informational seminar on Wednesday, May 29, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Fauquier Springs Country Club. A panel of county officials will brief members and others on the infrastructure and environmental concerns for land development in Fauquier and Rappahannock counties.
Speakers include: A1 Goldsmith, director of the Fauquier County Department of Community Development, and John McCarthy, Rappahannock County Administrator. Virginia Department of Transportation and Department of Health representatives also will serve on the panel, along with a county soil scientist and engineer.
