We welcome suggestions and new members (contact TFR Hunt Harris at 9873366) who might help organize district trash commandos to attack litter throughout the year and help TFR come up with new ideas that will discourage trashing the county. Our goal is not to need a Trash Free Rappahannock month in years ahead.
