A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 18 at the Found and Sons Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. John McKay and the Rev. Bob Rooper officiating. Interment followed at Fairview Cemetery in Culpeper.

Cecil Kirby Hines, 51, of Quicksburg, died on Friday, April 10 at Rockingham Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Hines was bom on Dec. 2, 1946 in Shenandoah County and was a son of Barbara Moomaw Hines of Linden and the late Clyde Hines.
On July 1, 1986 he married the former Barbara L. Dellinger, who survives.
Surviving in addition to his mother and wife are one daughter, Tina Hines Wright of Marshall; two sons, Timothy Hines of Linden, and Jeremy Hines of Quicksburg; one stepdaughter, Jennifer Cave of New Market; one stepson, Jason Zbinden of Mount Jackson; four sisters, Judy Lewis of Rileyville, Bonnie Rector and Patsy Peterson, both of Front Royal, and Valerie Mozer of Linden; four brothers, Calvin Hines of Linden, Ronnie Hines of Sperryville, Glenn Hines of Stephens City, and Harvey Hines of Front Royal; and three grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted on Tuesday* April 14 at the Dellinger Funeral Home in Mount Jackson by the Rev. Sid W. Roden. Burial was in Panorama Memorial Gardens in Front Royal.

Robbie Lee Pullen, 20, of Flint Hill, died on Friday, April 17 in Flint Hill.
He was born on Dec. 2, 1977 in Front Royal to Robert and Gloria Johnson Pullen.
Besides his parents, Mr. Pullen is survived by his sister Patsy Louise Pullen of Flint Hill; his paternal grandmother Beatrice Alice Pullen of Flint Hill; and his maternal grandmother Mary Lucille
