Last week’s story on the jailers contained information on how they sometimes must deal with inmates with behavioral problems. It was intended to show that the jailers must often aid Mental Health in assessing inmates problems because that agency has only a brief time to evaluate inmates. The Rappahannock News regrets any confusion over the issue.
