On April 24 and 25 at 7:30 p.m., the Poetry Circus comes to town at Ki Theatre. What, you might be asking, is a “Poetry Circus”?
If we go by the book, that is, the dictionary, it is an evening of poetry: the art of rhythmical composition created to excite pleasure with imaginative, beautiful, or elevated thoughts, and a circus: a large public entertainment featuring pageantry, feats of skill and daring, interspersed with the antics of clowns.
