Kathryn Gangel Washington Barbecued Meat Loaves 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1/2 cup cream 2 tablespoon chopped onion 2 teaspoon salt 2 pounds ground beef 1/2 cup catsup or chili sauce 1/ 3 cup vinegar 1 tablespoon meat extract 2 tablespoons chopped onion Combine first six ingredients and shape into four individual loaves and place in shallow pan.
