The bank was housed where the Rappahannock Health Department is located today. Mr. Stuart operated a store in the front of the building and the bank was in the back section. The bank also passed out rulers with an inscription on the back which read “Your education is not complete until you have learned to save. This Bank pays 4% on time deposits. 25 cents will start an account with us.”
