The Flint Hill carnival will be held July 21-24 and plans for underway for the best carnival yet.
• The Flint Hill Volunteer Fire Department is seeking contestants for their annual honorary fire queen contest for this year’s carnival.
Contestants will be selling raffle tickets for a beanie baby raffle and a heifer raffle. The queen and runners up will receive savings bonds, flowers, tierras and sashes.

Bunny Hudson, who was involved in an auto accident on April 18 continues a patient in Warren Memorial Hospital after undergoing three surgeries. He will be a patient for two more weeks. We wish him a speedy recovery.
