He is survived by three sons, Ron Frazier of Amissville, Richard D. Frazier Jr. of Edinburg and David Frazier of Manassas and a daughter, Patricia Cota of Woodbridge.

Additional survivors include seven sisters, Nellie Woodward, Marie Fewell, Mae Shepherd and Bessie Settle, all of Amissville, Gladys Blankenship of Germantown, Ohio, Dale Berkebile of Griffinsburg and Florence Martin of Rixeyville and two brothers, Carroll Frazier and Jimmy Frazier, both of Amissville.

Also surviving are eight grandchildren.

He was predeceased by a brother, Earl Frazier.

Funeral services were conducted on May 1 at Found & Sons Chapel with the Rev. Paul Marquee officiating.
