Office space
The board reviewed a report from architect Dwight Matthews on office space problems faced by the Commissioner of Revenue, Treasurer and Registrar of Voters offices.
The recommendation is to build an addition to the Treasurer’s Office and Commissioner of Revenue buildings to make up for a shortage in space.
It was determined that the Ki Theatre is not feasible for these offices, but could possibly house the Extension Office and a second courtroom.
The report will be evaluated at the next meeting.
Miller subdivision
John Delmare, acting as agent for Joseph and Roxanne Miller, addressed the board about the subdivision proposal that was presented at the April meeting.
