In execution of a certain deed of trust dated OCTOBER, 6, 1994, and recorded on OCTOBER 11, 1994 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court for the COUNTY of Rappahannock, Virginia, IN DEED BOOK 208, PAGE 711, from Gregory Alan Moore and Susan R. Calabria, husband and wife to CARLA COMMONS AND JANICE V. VASQUEZ, Trustee(s), and default having been made in the payment of the debt secured, and at the request of the beneficiary under said deed of trust the undersigned, having been duly appointed Substitute Trustee(s), has declared all the debts and obligations secured by the deed of trust due and payable and will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder in front of RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY COURTHOUSE P.O. Box 517, 208 GAY STREET, WASHINGTON, Virginia, on MAY 14, 1999, at 9:45 am, the following described property located at Route 610, Chester Gap, Virginia, and more particularly described as FOLLOWS, TO WIT:
