PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 27, 1999 at seven-thirty in the evening in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following application:
SU #99-04-04 Dale H. Schusterman, D.C., t/a Rappahannock Chiropractic Services, Ltd., prospective purchaser of 2.1500 acres in Hampton District (Tax Map 28, Parcel 56D, zoned Agricultural), desires to operate a chiropractic clinic between the hours of 8:30 am and 6:00 pm Monday through Friday and 8:30 am until 1:00 pm one Saturday per month, with less than three persons employed. Use allowed under Section 170, Article 36(E) of the Rappahannock County Code; additional standards in Section 170, Article 66(E).
A COPY of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Said application Will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, May 19, 1999 at seven-thirty in the evening at the Rappahannock County Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any. The above-named applicant, adjacent property owners, and any other parties desiring to be heard should be present at said meeting or should address their written comments to the Board of Zoning Appeals, c/o P.O.
