RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY, VIRGINIA

PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15 2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 7, 1999 at 7:00 pm in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to CQnsider the following application:

SE #99-04-03 Application by Wilhelmina Price, owner of 82.795 acres and 25.00 acres, known as Tax Map 50, Parcels 10 and 10A in Stonewall -Hawthorne District, zoned Agricultural and Conservation, desires to divide a 3.00 acre parcel from the 25.00 acre parcel. Balance to merge with 82.795 acre parcel creating a parcel of 104.795 acres. This parcel would be restricted to not more than three (3) divisions by deed of restriction. Allowed under Section 170-37 of the Rappahannock County Code.

A COPY of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Said application will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, May 19, 1999 at seven-thirty in the evening at the Rappahannock County Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any. The above-named applicant, adjacent property owners, and any other parties desiring to be heard should be present at said meeting or should address their written comments to the Board of Supervisors, c/o P.O.
