JENKINS MOUNTAIN & MASSIE/EXTON AGRICULTURAL AND FORESTAL DISTRICTS
In accordance with Section 15.2-4307 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended, the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County hereby give notice of their intention to hold a public hearing on Monday, June 7, 1999, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, VA, to consider renewing the Jenkins Mountain and Massie/Exton Agricultural and Forestal District.
The proposed Ordinances for the Districts are available for inspection at the County Administration Office, in Washington, VA, Monday through Friday 8:30-4:30.
The Rappahannock County Agricultural and Forestal Districts Advisory Committee shall meet on Wednesday, May 19, 1999, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, VA, to consider the proposed Ordinance and District, and to make recommendation to the Board Supervisors.
The Rappahannock County Planning Commission shall consider the matter at their regular meeting of Wednesday, May 19, 1999, at 7:30 p.m., at the Courthouse in Washington, VA.
All persons interested in these matters are invited to attend and to make comment.
