Brian Duncan, director of the Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board (RRCSB), addressed the supervisors about the proposed performance agreement between RRCSB.
Duncan’s agency serves Rappahannock, Fauquier, Culpeper, Madison and Orange counties.
The agreement covers the services thqt the RRCSB will provide for people with mental illness or retardation and substance abuse problems.
For Rappahannock County, there are approximately 25 services offered for about 275 people in Rappahannock County. The cost of these services will be about $480,000.
