You may know them as Flint Hill Herb and Flower Farm. But Richard and Rosalie Lysaght changed the name of their business this Spring to Flint Hill Nursery. And with the change in name, they have more to offer.
More plants
In addition to the bedding plants and annuals they are better known for, they also carry perrenials, herbs, vegetable plants and geraniums. Mr. Lysaght says that the geraniums are very popular.
Mrs. Lysaght has many hanging baskets and terra cotta planters for Mother’s Day, which she says is a good time of year for plants to start peaking. She added that “everyone usually puts their gardens in” around Mother’s Day. May 15 is the last frost day.
