Soccer

On a windy Saturday May 1, The Rappahannock U-14 soccer team coached by John Bridgeman and Carl Letsen faced off against Madison’s U14 team in Madison.

Rapp played aggressive offense to take a 3-2 into halftime. Madison scored two goals in the second half, but Rapp controlled the remainder of the game and picked up two additional goals for a 5-2 win.

The U-12 Rapp Firebirds took on the Mad 2 Thunderbirds at Madison Primary School. The Thunderbirds were “thunderless” and managed only one goal. The Firebirds flew away with a 9-1 win. ‘ The Firebirds play again May 8 at Rappahannock High School. The coaches would like to thank all of the parents and fans for their support.
