The Lady Panthers played again Saturday night under the lights in Strasburg and came away with a 9-3 victory. Sharp pitched an outstanding game for the Panthers, striking out 17 Lady Rams and allowing only one earned run.

The Panthers had a close call in the sixth with the score 3-3. The Rams had runners on second and third with two outs, but Jennifer Thomas made a miraculous catch on a well hit ball to center field to end the inning.

In the seventh inning, Rappahannock exploded offensively with eight hits and six runs. Sharp closed the inning by striking out two of the four batters she faced.
