In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $88,400.00 with an annual interest rate of 10.84% from Lisa M. Carlson dated July 9, 1997 recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, in Deed Book 226, at page 108, default having occurred in the payment of the Note thereby secured and at the request of the holder of said Note, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction at the entrance to the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Washington, Virginia, on May 26, 1999 at 2:30 o’clock p.m. the property described in said deed, located at the above address and briefly described as:

Lot 5, Section 11, Rappahannock Park, together with the unlimited use of all common roadways, lakes or ponds, creeks thirty feet around Lake Mosby and Lake Wilson, and that certain parcel of bottom land containing approximately five acres located near the confluence of White Oak Run and the Rappahannock River and the use of the Putnam rights-of-way, with Improvements thereon.

TERMS OF SALE: CASH: A deposit of $7,500.00, cash or certified check, will be required at the time of sale with settlement within fifteen (15) days from the date of sale. Additional terms may be announced at the time of sale Pursuant to the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. we advise you that this firm is a debt collector attempting to collect the indebtedness referred to herein and any information we obtain will be used for that purpose.
