After successful completion of the program, Cloniger will be on probation for the remainder of his sentence.
• Murphy Julian Reid Jr. of Castle ton received a seven year sentence for grand larceny. Reid had pleaded guilty to the charges, stemming from separate incidents on Sept. 19 and 22,1998.
Reid will serve two years and one month in jail and three years probation.
• Derek Lagree Myers of Washington withdrew his appeal on a guilty plea for two contempt charges.
Myers was sentenced to 120 days in jail, and has until May 21 to report. He may be eligible for work release before his sentence is finished.
