Janie Elizabeth Fincham Doggett, 73, of Bealeton died Tuesday, May 4 at Fauquier Hospital in Warrenton.
She was bom June 1, 1925 in Rappahannock County, a daughter of Wade Fincham and Elizabeth Catherine Fincham.
She was a former resident of Falmouth Street in Warrenton for over 40 years. She was a licensed practical nurse working at the former District Nursing Home in Warrenton where she retired. After retirement, she then served as a private duty nurse for many ladies in the Warrenton area.
She was a member of the First Christian Church of Fauquier County.
She was predeceased by her husband, Eugene Alexander Doggett.
Survivors include two daughters, Daisy D. Shipp of Bealeton and Verna Boswell of Remington; three sisters, Irene Owens of Culpeper, Ethel Keyser of Manassas and Lula Clifton of St. Petersburg, Fla.; one granddaughter; one grandson and two greatgrandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted May 7 at Moser Funeral Home with the Rev. Larry Kennedy.
Interment was in Hillcrest Memory Gardens in Jeffersonton.
Robert Wince

Robert Judson Wince, 88, of Marshall died on Sunday, May 2.
Born in Rappahannock County on Sept. 10, 1910, he was the son of the late Frank and Lena Spicer Wince.
Mr. Wince worked for the Virginia Department of Highways for 41 years.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy M. Wince; two daughters, Patricia Creel and Kathleen Gibson; three sons, Wilson Wince and Harry Wince, all of Culpeper and Terry Wince of Marshall.
Also surviving are one sister, Lucille Butler of Culpeper; one brother, Ashby Wince of Warrenton; 11 grandchildren; 16 great- grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
Royston Funeral Home in Marshall was in charge of the arrangements.
