Rappahannock County’s First Annual American Cancer Society Relay for Life is going to be a success well beyond the early expectations of its organizers. With at least forty-seven teams scheduled to walk in the Relay, participation will be well more than twice what is has been in the past.
In earlier years, Rappahannock joined with Fauquier County to hold the Relay, whereas this year, the county will have its own Relay. It will take place at the Rappahannock Elementary School on Friday, May 21, starting in the evening and continuing into the following Saturday morning.
