Continuations
Judge Penn granted continuations for the following cases:
• Samuel Dee Berry of Culpeper, for a misdemeanor appeal on an obstruction of justice charge. His case has been continued until June 3.
• Oby Mauck of Woodstock, on a DUI charge. His case has been continued until June 27.
• Dwayne Stuart McCarter of Amissville, for breaking and entering with intent to commit larceny; grand larceny of a firearm; possession of a firearm after having been convicted of a felony; and two counts of larceny.
McCarter’s case has been continued until June 3. McCarter is currently being held in a Prince William County jail.
• Gardner Sisson Mulford of Centreville, was granted a continuation on a charge of speeding until June 3.
