Now the first rays of a new day reflect the light from a million blades of wet grass and diamonds sparkle on red velvet roses. The birds are having a breakfast of fat worms easily plucked from the soaked soil. Between bites, they sing, thankful for God's favor. "Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble, and He delivered them from their distress; He made the storm be still and the waves of the sea were hushed. Then they were glad because they had quiet, and He brought them to their desired haven. Let them thank the Lord fat Hit. steadfast love, for His wonderful works to the sons of men!" (Psalms 107:28-31) Seldom do our souls grow without some rain. This God knows. Worship this week and learn more of God's plan for our lives. The Giver of the rain is also the Giver of the son.
