• Dr. Gangel reported that the bid date for the RCHS athletic field is tentatively scheduled for the week of May 24, and the week of June 2 for the RCHS addition.
• Dr. Gangel noted that he has scheduled a picnic and assembly on June 11 at 11:45 a.m. for school employees at which 20 and 30 year employees will be honored and the Superintendent will be sworn in.
• Donations of computer equipment were accepted from William Humphrey and from Michael Leake of the Rappahannock National Bank.
